We are trying to crowd-source mental health research.
The goal is to build a useful dataset over time, starting with a series of surveys and questionnaires on mental health / lifestyle / personality. It's meant to adapt to your answers and be engaging - a clinical work-up with myers-briggs/OKCupid-style personality questions mixed in.
You don't have to give any identifying information to help, and after each survey you can see how you compare with everyone else.
There's more detail on the idea behind this here, but if you have 3-5 minutes, I suggest just taking the baseline survey to get a sense of it and then go from there.
