IADP.org is a non-profit aimed at advancing mental health care in a seismic way. And at making money while doing that. (..huh?)
Roadmap through 2030:
Phase 1: Build MVP and test it. [Q4 2024]  - Build website capable of collecting data from users and showing them their results.
 - Post flyers and get 100 random people to come fill it out.
Success - 121 users in a little over a month. 108 of them completed all 20 baseline Qs including free-text art choice. Internal correlations suggest the data is of good quality. Kinda interesting: people who like horror movies don't eat healthy.
Phase 2: Build v1.0 of the real thing and collect data from 500 people. [Q1-3 2025]
  - A/B test as many things as we possibly can.
  - Learn people's habits/interests, adapt the thing to engage people as best as possible.
  - Generate new, more interesting/compelling results from the data.
Phase 3: Get to 10,000 people. [Q1 2026 - Q4 2027]   - Incorporate everything we learned design-wise from phase 2 to build v2.0 of the thing,
  - Package up most interesting/compelling results neatly for drawing/generating interest. Continue posting flyers, start to advertise online some, try to recruit people to help with flyers, consider $5-10,000 WTF ad spend.
  - Continue to tweak for engagement - try to collect longitudinal data and "sign-ups" for a potential EEG or wearable study to be organized down the road.
Phase 4: Look to partner or raise money to collect objective data for developing biomarkers.   - Leverage our framework for phenotypic data (built from years of data and 10,000+ people) to design study
  - Start recruiting from pool of users who expressed interest in the idea. (Who should have, at minimum, a solid baseline data point from within the last few years).
  - Partner with pharma company looking to target a therapy more specifically. Or partner with FDA to build a platform for a data-driven treatment recommendation engine.
